This is very relevant right now. This is the pilot episode of "Streets Incorporated" a documentary based on Takedown Records. It was originally to air on UPN however once they saw the pilot they decided that it was too raw for tv. The story of the two CEO's of Takedown Records from Southwest Philadelphia named Ace capone and Tim Gotti and life on the label. Ace (Alton Coles) was sentenced to life + 55  on April 16, 2009 and Tim "Gotti" Baukman was just recently sentenced to 30 years.
